Resilience Skills Train the Trainer Program
Our Resilience Skills Train-the-Trainer program is available exclusively to project partners of the SAHMRI Wellbeing and Resilience Centre. Our partners are small and large organisations looking to improve the psychological health of their workforces and clients/customers through a systematic approach to wellbeing and resilience. Partners enter into an agreement with the Centre, usually over 2-3 years, to collaboratively adapt and implement a project within their organisation, school, community or group.
The Resilience Skills Train-the-Trainer Course includes the 2-Day Resilience Skills Training and a trainer program that consists of small-group, 1:1 coaching and support, tailored to the organisation’s needs. This is an efficient 6-day training process across a number of weeks to become a licensed trainer, within an organisation.
Successful Train-the-Trainer participants receive a restricted license to deliver the Resilience Skills Training within their organisation. Training can only be delivered within the partner organisation. The quality and integrity of the training delivery and the selection of the appropriate trainers is jointly overseen by the SAHMRI Wellbeing and Resilience Centre.
