About 49North (a Division of TechWerks)

49North's Director of Health Strategy, Brigadier General (ret.) Rhonda Cornum previously served as Director of the U.S. Army’s Comprehensive Soldier Fitness initiative, one of the world’s largest resilience training programs, which delivered resilience training to 1.1 million active duty U.S. Soldiers. Evaluation of the program indicated that those who trained in resilience skills were less likely to exhibit depression, anxiety, PTSD and substance abuse problems and were more likely to experience increased optimism, greater adaptability and positive coping skills, which speaks to the efficacy of this approach.

49North (a division of TechWerks) have partnered with academics from leading research institutions to develop their precision skills approach to resilience training, based on the model led by Brigadier General (ret.) Rhonda Cornum. The SAHMRI Wellbeing and Resilience Centre is proud to partner with 49North in offering the Resilience Skills Training in Australia/Asia.
